I leave my lights up until Mardi Gras.

Christmas day is the start of the Christmas season, which last 12 nights.

Mardi Gras day is the end of the Carnival season.

Get it right.

I'll take mine down on Sat, though... as I don't like to do it at night, and Sunday the 5th is Saints game.

Same here , my wife decorates for every holiday . As long as I don’t have to and it makes her happy , get after it

I'll be keeping mine up on the back porch for a few weeks more solely to piss off our neighbor behind us. Ol biddy sent us a letter 3 days after Christmas asking to remove our "eyesore decorations"

Have to leave them up after Christmas for the same amount of days they were delayed in putting them up after Thanksgiving.
