I had the same thing happen. It started out with lights dimming when the a/c kicked on. Then I started getting bright/dim lights randomly for seconds at a time. I checked the voltage at a receptacle when it happened and it was dropping below 100 volts. I then was able to verify the same thing was happening at the line coming into the house. That way they couldn't say it was a problem on my end. The first entergy guy came out when I wasn't home and left a note saying he couldn't see the problem. I called back and they sent someone back out. He immediately noticed that the neutral connection at my house had gone bad. It only took him a couple minutes to fix it and I was good.
