So is Covid killing people or pneumonia? What is the percentage of people that die in the hospital with Covid vs people that die at home with Covid?

I have no clue. I just came here to post for OP that Im not nor was I scared to get covid. I maintained all along that we will all be exposed eventually. There is nothing we can do. It has to run its course. Some folks tolerate it better than others and if we are believing cdc today the survival rate is still pretty good

So everyone around your wife (sister, aunt, son, Mother, FIL) is impacted or at great risk and she’s not vax’d?

Pneumonia is like heart disease. A lot of things cause it. It is an infection in the lungs. Fungus can cause it. The flu can cause it. A bad bacterial infection can cause it. In his case they believe it was COVID.

You might want to do a little research and not the research from twitters.

Yes, the survival rate for Covid based on the stats available to the common person are still good. I’m just a curious person and have a little experience with elderly family members that have spent some time in the hospital. What is the survival rate of people admitted to the hospital with Covid vs those that battle it at home?

Does cancer kill people or is it the subsequent organ failure and eventual lack of oxygen to the brain?

Do gunshots kill people or is it the loss of blood flow and eventual lack of oxygen to the brain?

How many “Covid” deaths are a result of secondary infections from the hospital?
Do you think pneumonia is contagious?

Most people end up at the hospital before they just fricking die at home.

What's the point of this question? Judging by your prior questions, it looks like you're trying to make a case that people are going to the hospital with covid and then acquiring something else and dying of that instead. Is that correct?

Yes, I have had a few family members go to the hospital for “routine procedures” and end up with life threatening infections.

My dad was told he would die by several Dr.s if he didn’t have a heart procedure performed. He took there advice….got an infection from the procedure that almost killed him. They had to remove the device they installed to remedy the situation. Not a damn single Dr. has mentioned the procedure again…,

I'm sorry for your family's bad luck.

Pneumonia can be caused by many things, but it should be abundantly clear when it is caused by covid (as it is clear when it's caused by flu). There are obviously all sorts of things in hospitals that can cause and spread pneumonia, but when it happens after something else (covid infection) over and over and over again, the causal link is pretty easy to establish.

So,you attribute my families results to bad luck… Others to not be vaccinated? Sounds like you like to pick and choose.

What?

There is luck in everything, nothing is certain. We play the odds, but we can also do things to tilt the odds. Like getting vaccinated or having a potentially life-saving procedure done. I don't know what the doctors determined your dad's problem to be, but whatever it was it seems pretty clear that they all thought his best odds were to have the procedure done. Maybe the surgeon/nurse/whoever played their own odds and didn't disinfect something properly during the procedure. Maybe your family genes are just prone to infections?

Whatever the case, I'm certain that if said procedure failed due to infection more often than it worked, it would not be done anymore.

What was your point again?
