And yes, he got the max prison sentence in Norway of 21 years.
However the most serious cases if the person is still considered a danger after their sentence is up their sentence can be renewed by 5 years, and they can keep renewing it every 5 years until it becomes a life sentence.
They've never done that before, but I imagine this guy could make a case to become the first.
You have to do some pretty fricked up crimes to get anything more than 14 years there though. I was just reading about a guy who raped and murdered an 8 and 10 yr old girls and he was sentenced to 19 years

I've thought about this and I'm in. We won't be going to prison though.
