Who owns Gallier Hall? Possible to boycott?

City of New Orleans owns Gallier Hall. It has to be on the list of buildings to be destroyed since Gallier owned slaves.

the city owns Gallier Hall, they built it with public funds starting in 1845.
Same city that is being run into the ground by The Great White Hope - Mitch Landrieu.
