Car and pedestrian are each at a different stop sign 90 degrees apart.
Assume the bicyclist has already blown through the intersection without stopping.

I was turning left at a 4 way last week and some fricktard on a bicycle decided to blow right through the stop sign. I’m not up to date on my bicycle traffic laws but I figured I would have been in the right if I would have teabagged with me F-250.

Is there a crosswalk? Pedestrian. If no crosswalk, car.

Pedestrian always has the RoW.
