I've been, it was great. Went to a beautiful beach bar on the coast somewhere, took a boat ride out to some random island and was a little too wasted to do anything outside of floating around between mini-islands. Such a gorgeous place, though.

I've been to Belize twice but it was in the 1970's when it was still British Honduras. If Ambergris Caye is a fraction as nice as it was then, it's going to be an awesome trip.
