Um...not how that works, gump.

Unless a Y chromosome has some way of skipping 25 generations, you don't need every person in the line. If Genghis had X number of sons, and they averaged Y number of sons, and the grandsons averaged Z number of sons, X times Y times Z great grandsons. Carry that out over several centuries and there are 16 million men who are direct male descendants.

You have your father's Y chromosome. Which is the same as his father (your grandfather), and his father (your great grandfather), and so on.
