I love hole in the wall restaurants of any type.
Here in Central FL there is a fantastic hole in the wall place in Oviedo just north of Orlando.
The building is tiny with no seating, barely room to order but it is so worth it.

Lucky you are still alive after eating at Silver Moon. Great food, not exactly heart healthy. It's the stuff they dig out of you when trying to clear blockages. Miss it greatly.

My father-in-law’s rule of thumb was that you don’t want to eat at any BBQ restaurant in which all the chairs matched.
