I live in South Louisiana and see them infrequently enough to snap a picture. I see a few pair a year maybe.

good, was living in FL when they first came out and they populated so fast I thought it was the new SunPass, I had to spend a few weeks in AL last year and there were so many that I thought they must be issued at registration of the vehicle
