I went to Jackson Hole one summer and visited a guy my dad coached with. His sister was Harrison Ford's neighbor. I went over to Harrison's house, but he wasn't there. He was off filming a movie. His sister was house sitting for the summer. It's an incredible place in the summer. Winters are rough if you are from the South.
I've never been to Ft Collins, but I spend a ton of time at my dad's place in South Fork CO (Southern CO). I love it up there and I am thinking of moving to CO in the next 5 years.
1 or 3 is my vote.

My wife and I live in Miami, traffic here is worse than BR obviously. She never lived in BR before but has visited a couple of times. She insists that she would like to retire in BR for being such a nice place.
