Where's the outrage when a less qualified candidate gets a job instead of a white more qualified candidate because business have to have a certain % of minorities in management or they open themselves up for a lawsuit.

Your statistics don't take into account the damage both physiological and psychological that whites have done to blacks historically up to present day. You do realize it wasn't until less than 60 years ago that blacks were given the same rights as whites under the law? It's easy to be critical when you're a member of the group of people that indirectly benefitted from the institution of slavery. There is generational wealth still being passed down, and my forefathers never saw one penny for their forced labor. You want to talk about crime? Whites have done some of the most despicable things throughout the history of this nation. Everything from rape to murder. Miss me with the stats. You have no right to fricking point fingers when your ancestors committed wage theft.
