Build or buy a house in Americana in Zachary. You have a child care center in the neighborhood, three restaurants with more coming, a grocery store as well. You can send your kids to Zachary schools for an education on par with the high level private schools. And you commute is zero traffic and about 15 minutes.

Live in St. Francisville. Do not subject yourself to Zachary.
