So glad MS got rid of inspection stickers.

It's easier to go to your eye doctor and get him to write you an exemption due to light sensitivity

Police officers and members of the legislature can have the windows on their personal vehicles as dark as they want and it's perfectly legal. I'm pretty sure this extends to any vehicle registered to them so go ahead and add their wives and kids to the list of people who don't have to follow the rules.

It's not about officer safety, because if it was then it would apply to everyone. It's about the police being able to see inside the vehicle so they can look for probable cause.

If you spend enough time driving around Baton Rouge you will notice that most BRPD units are tinted very very dark. Some even have the entire windshield tinted. A lot of these cruisers don't even have an inspection sticker.

Stop making excuses.
