Where is the best place to find private party car sale listings?

Seems like dealerships have taken over the web, making it difficult to find a listing from an average Joe...Craigslist owner sales seems nothing but disguised dealerships.

I found a great f150 on Craigslist. Paid about 4k less than what I would have paid to a dealer.
Police stations usually have an area designated in their parking lots for these types of transactions.

I'm currently looking for a used car/private seller too, never heard about the police station parking lot but that's pretty cool.
