If to Red Cross it goes to Red Cross overhead

If to a church, it goes to people on a list probably controlled by the county

A large amount of donations, are in hard goods and donated labor. I know a group going to spend this weekend at Mo ranch bringing skidsters, chain saws and trailers. They will be working off a list prepared by the county based on homeowner need, group capability and search cleared of suspect bodies. there will be 50-100 groups in that process.
