re: Where Do You Get Your Daily News?

I make a concerted effort not to. I listen to NPR about 3 hours a day commuting and at work, we have 4-5 locally and 2 of them are almost all music all day so I listen to one of those. They have about 5 minutes of news every hour. That is the extent of what I can tolerate. I also get the crazy people's network from co-workers...when something happens they can't wait to tell it and explain how society is crumbling before our very eyes. In doing so they will ALWAYS reveal the extent to which they are suffering from various mental illnesses. The event they are talking about actually happened, their take on it comes directly from FOX News or CNN so I am pretty confident that it happened and extremely confident beyond that anything they relay is a load of horseshite.

This and Arfcom. Most everything that I would find of interest has already been posted on one or both platforms. It saves me the trouble of scouring multiple sites.
