Have you been to the trail around Zilker and Town Lake recently? It’s 50/50 at most. Nowhere near everyone.

in West lake hills and Rollingwood I see very few people outdoor with a mask on.

50/50 at zilker is ridiculous. It’s outside. The fact one person is wearing a mask makes it stupidity. This city is f***ed.

I ran on the trail yesterday and there were people freaking out covering their face as I approached them.

That’s your opinion.

Just wanted to point out that it isn’t everyone. Have you seen Rainey St. lately? I may have seen 20% wearing masks.

I see a few on the greenbelts, but most people are safely six feet apart.

Now that’s just asinine.

You idiots don’t realize that they’re just doing their job? You really think they care if you wear your mask properly?

The business could get screwed and have to close or get fined if they’re not in compliance so they’re forcing it down their employees throats. Not sure what’s so difficult to understand about that. But hey, go ahead and berate someone making $12/hr for doing their job if it makes you feel better.

Most places in Baton Rouge - Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, Winn Dixie

A few of the local places, too.

I was sitting in a Chipotle eating lunch today when I heard a guy behind the counter yell, “sir, where’s your mask... do you have a mask”. They guy calmly responded no. They essentially yelled at him and said, “we can’t serve you without a mask. We’ll have to ask you to leave, sir”.

A piece of me thought 1) how stupid is this MFer to be waking into a Chipotle 11 months into the pandemic without a mask and 2) how stupid is Chipotle for yelling at this dude when 20 people were sitting and eating without masks. How convoluted.

REI in Houston, better have your mask on. My 9 year old better have his mask on even though the state mandate in Texas is 10 and over.

BestBuy in LC, is a mandatory mask with a checker at the door.

If asked by the store to put it on, I will. It’s their business. Otherwise, I’m waking in without one.

SWLA and SETX don’t say shite to me. Usually, I wear a Gaitor around my neck and pull it up if needed, but most of the time no one says anything.
