Those will literally be the last thing to open up.
It's nowhere near a necessity and the transfer of chips is kind of problematic right now.

Casinos will reopen before barber shops. Follow the money

With all of the money casinos are losing right now, you’d think they could figure out a cost effective way to sanitize the chips. I could imagine some kind of portable sanitizer station where they can drop an entire tray of chips in at one time. If I were a casino manager/owner, I’d be all over that right now and I’d be publicizing whatever system I settled on for the PR.
I think the bigger issue may be the cards. And trying to social distance at a 6 foot wide blackjack table.

Arkansas casinos used to have electronic Texas Hold Em tables. People hated them but they should bring em back.

Up here the casinos are aiming for memorial day. Good bet (ducking) most of them across the country are going to try for that too. It's always a big weekend for the casinos.

I read a plan for Las Vegas casinos. The way they will work around this is by having two dealers at a table, one to deal and one to sanitize chips. There will also be plexiglass between seats, with no more than 3 people per table.
