I would assume BTR has at least one. AEX has one. Not sure about MSY.

AA cancelled all flights at about 750 or so..that when I got the text...total BS nothing going on and cancel. It's ridiculous with "possible snow, possible to storms etc.
Hell I like a flight with some good turbulence makes for some fum people watching.

They left us on the tarmac for 5 hours then had us wait another 1.5 hours to "get a new crew in" before they told us the flight was canceled. Madness! This was in Dallas a couple of weeks back when they had the winter weather.
