When will bars open in Texas?

we seen a slight downturn in the infection rate. we probably need about two more weeks trending down before they reopen

There’s plenty of bars that are open, in Houston at least. They’re just claiming to be restaurants and closing at 10 pm.

I expect LaToya shutting down bars and having restaurants going to 25% for her “big announcement” on Friday.

The brewery in Tyler here is open since it seats people outside

TABC threw the breweries a bone and let them served canned or bottled beer on their patios.

Yeah probably close to this. The Governor came out last week and said if things are good in 4 weeks we can go back to more regular reopening.
