If we really are without power for 21 days should we be worried about mold settling in even though we had no standing water or leaks?

Circulate the air with fans.

This is why a generator is essential.

May be hard to find but DampRid is a good option to place throughout the house. They have a 64 Oz bucket you can place in the centers of the room.

No water intrusion at all? Then you should be safe but you can purchase a moisture meter for $30 to check the moisture content of your walls for peace of mind. You can also purchase mold test kits from Home Depot or Lowe's and send them in for further verification.

As the poster above said, circulating air will help.

My post on drying out a house just in case:

Yea they have a few different companies that make products just like Damprid so any moisture absorber won't hurt if you can find it.

Supposed to be lower humidity this weekend. Perhaps open up the doors and windows.
