I know how I feel about it. The old woman assaulted her and she fought back. End of story.

There's nothing about possibly being mentally ill or old or a woman that doesn't mean you can't be an a-hole enough to deserve to be punched in the face.

At the very least, if she's truly mentally ill then this is a great indicator to her family that she shouldn't be allowed to roam around without supervision.
