Beachfront? Never

Waterfront, possibly in our lifetime. The river road is riddled with sand boils which means the integrity of the levee is already being compromised. Once there's a major breach, then anything between Highland Road and the river will be underwater,

Since they seem to know the year would they possibly know the day along with the exact time?
