There have been some spotty articles on it in the past month or so, but nothing official. Some expectations based on past news articles on the topic:
- East Baton Rouge followed by Jefferson will remain the largest two parishes in the state by population.
- Lafayette is now the 3rd largest metro in the state, surpassing Shreveport
- New Orleans's post-Katrina recovery has slowed and possibly stopped.
- St. Tammany and Tangi to post healthy estimated gains.
- Shreveport/Bossier area total population to decline slightly.
- Livingston and East Baton Rouge have recovered from the 2016 floods but have had only very slight growth since that year.
- Ascension has recovered and will post a gain since 2016
- Due to commute patterns, the Baton Rouge metro area will add a new parish (St. James), bringing the total for the entire metro to around 875,000.
I don't think Louisiana is at risk yet for losing another seat in 2020.
