When did the overseers come back?

I've been waiting around on these assholes for over a decade. When are the people that are really in power going to come down and say f*** this s***. You f***** it up . Now the grown ups are going to run things. We gave you a chance, but you cocked it all up.

I for one welcome the overseers and a return to the Gilded Age.
