Belle Grove Ave in River Bend ground elevation is between 22'-30' . That's pretty high ground.

Dang, that's messed up. That flood map has almost the entire River Bend neighborhood in the clear except for this one small area I'm looking at.

Looks like its mainly the streets themselves that flood there, not the lots per se.
