What's wrong with Forest Heights Subdivision Rd in Gonzales?

Is that a bad area or something? I always see multiple homes for sale or foreclosing down there. Bad area or just coincidence?

I get what you're saying, but I don't think it's actually a subdivision. It appears to just be a road. Maybe technically it's a one street subdivision?

That’s pretty normal in Gonzales.
However, I think that subdivision has had major flooding issues since the great flood (something is f$&ky because the street and yards fill up with water every time it rains now when it didn’t used to do that). The residents are tired of it not getting fixed.

That area is nice, has big lots(close to an acre) it's located on Hwy 621 closer to Hwy 431. Just older houses down that road that more than likely need work and updating
