Cigarettes smell awful, very addictive, cause cancer, and are just terrible. So it's not even close, at least with weed you can vaporize it and eat it.

Cigarettes have0 medical uses. They smell, and are useless. I know some people get told weed is super bad (i guess during prohibition drinking went from trashh and dead end to the success it is today)but weeds medical use is real. Sure plenty dont need it but my aunt who was sick and in pain for last 2 years of her life was made liveable when she started smoking...she never smoked before. It helped her eat when her medicine took away hwr appetite....but shes trashy because weed helped her
