Purchase agreements for similar houses in similar neighborhoods... you can’t just use one purchase to determine value bc you don’t know if it’s overvalued or undervalued
Like if you get your house in a $1 transaction you’re not really expecting to pay taxes on $1?

Mine got reduced by 100k. Still need them to apply the exemption though.
