Yeah.Thats the one that drives me insane too. I knew someone who said it so frequently it was like a nervous tic. I catch myself saying it from time to time and want to slap myself.

There is a time and a place for it I suppose, but if I am giving no indication that I am having difficulty understanding, and its not a math formula, then it is unnecessary, and a little condescending.
