I posted a job on indeed last year. Got a ton of applicants but maybe 10% met the minimum qualifications listed in the job description. I'm wondering what site do most people use these days. Tia

Probably zip recruiter. Though I'm sure industry would matter.

Indeed is still the leader.

Linkedin should takeover the top spot one day.

Indeed has the most jobs posted by far. More than the other sites I use anyway.

Linked probably has the best for sales or any job that would have a degree. I don't think it would be very good for nonsales/degree

Indeed. Used LinkedIn, careerbuilder, Facebook and Craigslist. Indeed won by a mile.

I had the same experience with Indeed. Most who applied did not have minimum requirements. Many of their degrees were obtained at diploma mills.

Tried the TD job site and struck out as well. Ballers don't jump for 6 figures.

When I was looking I didn't really find much on indeed. Then again in accounting the big public firms are easier to get by just reaching out to a recruiter/hr for them.

They had lots of ar/so jobs but I wasn't going to do that. Also I remember a few small firms but none could pay the rate I was looking for.

Stay away from job boards and recruiters. Both are Obama used car cash for clunker schemes

TD would be a great place for job announcements. What do you think, Chicken?

IT, maybe Dice? That seems to be one where only more qualified people would be browsing.
