re: What’s something you used to think was cool as a kid that you now think is gross/trashy?

Was in high school right smack dab in the middle of the mullet. Everyone had them but me and my brother. Daddy wasn’t having none of that long hair. I didn’t want a true mullet( short on top and a party in the back). I just wanted my hair to flip out from under my football helmet and baseball hat. Daddy finally let me grow it out just a little where it’d flip up. When I got home after our first football scrimmage my senior year Daddy said that’s enough and made me put my helmet on and cut off my beautiful black locks. Long story short, RIP Pop and thanks for not letting me wear my hair like a douche loser in high school.
