Already happening. How about we just go back to life as normal and accept that the Covid is with us for a while until we get an effective vaccine? Should have done this in March.

It won’t. The surge is peaking in the south and will be behind us in a month. There are still some places that have not yet had a first wave; they shut down too soon. Those places are going to go through what New Orleans went through in April, though not quite that bad. Once every place gets their first wave over with we can go to phase three.
