If you are tipping them in advance, what is their incentive to avoid to break stuff? They already have their tip.

I had water and Gatorade for the packers and bought them pizza for lunch the day loaded my stuff. They didn’t drink the water or Gatorade b/c they brought their own energy drinks.

On the unpack side, I had water for them and tipped each mover $40
