Maybe in the north. If you go to São Paulo it's pretty diverse. And in Porto Alegre (Rio Grande do Sul) it's white af.

Eh. I found it safer than Rio. I traveled the metro alone and I'm only half Brazilian. Of course the other half is Puerto Rican so they just a Latin dude. Then again, I'm pretty white.
