What would be the fallout if we canceled Sarah Fuller's accomplishment?

You may remember the story of the female soccer player who kicked an extra point and became the "first female to score in college football".

quote:

Sarah Fuller, an SEC champion in women's soccer, made college football history Saturday afternoon for Vanderbilt. Wearing No. 32 and with her parents in attendance, Fuller's historic extra point against Tennessee made her the first female student-athlete to score in a major conference college football game. The kick tied the game at 7.

But thinking about it, I'm sure there has to have been at least one transgender woman who scored a point in college. Bruce Jenner played in college football but hurt his freshman year blocking a punt. I can't find out if he scored but I'm pretty sure there has to be one person who ,even if later in life, identifies as female and would therefore be the first woman who scored a point in NCAA football, right?

Should we not acknowledge that person and remove Sarah Fuller's "transphobic record"?
