Seriously, take a road trip that ends in Houston. You don't have to ski but go somewhere you've never been but always wanted to see. Bring some friends if you can.

Seriously though... I have 2 weeks off at the end of the year as well, but have a family so it's a little harder for me. I'm going to do some projects around the house, drink a lot of beer, and play some Halo 5.
