I can’t go to bed without flossing my teeth.

Doubt many people floss. I floss daily before I go to bed at night. Haven’t skipped a night in 20 years.

I imagine it just depends on how tight your teeth are together. Mine are very tight in some places. Floss everyday or I would be miserable. And only glide waxed works.

Every night for me. There is a huge correlation between flossing every night and avoidance of chronic diseases.

Unless I actually have something in my teeth, I never floss. I am a complete dirt ball.

Floss, brush and WaterPic every day.
I often carry a packet of floss in my pocket while out during lunch so I can clean up then as well.

I have seen friends and relatives neglect their teeth and had misery from that neglect. Not making that mistake.

Fun Fact: Flossing can add a year to your life (not sure if that's a good thing anymore seeing where the world is heading )

It also helps with bad breath
