It's your nose. Even though your brain isn't showing you your nose, your eyes see your nose. There are ways to trick you brain into actually focusing in on our nose, or after 3 hours on a microscope you will focus on it.
Touch your nose with a finger and focus on your finger, you can clearly see your finger and a blank spot where you nose is.
