Only applies to my hourly rate when someone (usually a manufacturer with idle capacity) hires me to assess equipment for resale. Otherwise everything is profit from making deals. Lots of leg work to put together a deal. The lazy frickers who use point usually get screwed. It's not a point and click internet business to success, many have tried and many have failed. However, there is no shortage of investors who think that everything can be sold "Amazon" or "eBay" style and are soon parted with their money
