Are you asking because you can't be bothered to watch them? In the Tamir Rice case they shot and killed a 12 year old within 3 seconds of arriving on the scene. In the Eric Garner case they choked a fat guy to death. All pretty simple stuff.

It's funny when you get downvoted for a clearly factual post. I've personally taken part in field problems ("drills") on private property as far back as 1999. Research Robin Sage or Roving Sands.
