What is the scam in this situation?

On the front row of seats for a concert there are 2 pairs of tickets being resold on Ticketmaster two hours before the start of the show. One pair is on the end of the row for $235 each and the other pair is in the middle of the row for $300 each.
When I check at Vivid Seats there is a pair on the same front row with no seat number noted but going for only $45 each. That price eventually dropped to $26 then $13 as the show got closer. According to the offering it's from a "Super Seller." There were also nearly 90 people also viewing those tickets for over an hour. Vivid says they guarantee the seats on their site.
I looked at Stub Hub and they had tickets available on the same row and listed the same seat numbers as the pair on the end I saw at ticketmaster. StubHub price was $20 per seat while Ticketmaster was $235 for the same seats.
What's going on with Vivid and Stubhub? Is it an error on the websites or some scam? What are the scammers getting? Why not list for a less suspicious price?

Pics of your wife would definitely help.

I’m not positive this is it, but when you list tickets on StubHub you can choose dynamic pricing which will automatically adjust the price for you based on existing sales, proximity to game/showtime etc. maybe the algorithm just dropped them to super cheap because it was only a few hours before? Seller might be pissed at the end of it though.

But the site said 80+ people were looking at it for at least 2 hours. For the last 50 minutes it was the only pair available. Nobody bit after all that time? Or were they trying to buy and it wouldn't go through?

Zebra, tonight at The Fillmore. Not a huge fan but thought it might be ok.

I don’t know, why didn’t you test it out?
