What exactly does TOPS pay for, and what percentage?

Not TOPS honors, or any other special awards, just the standard TOPS opportunity. Anyone here have recent info?

Tuition and $200 stipend per semester. Tuition is just tuition, not all of the fees

Latest I saw was it pays about 8,000 a year and total cost including everything is about 33,000 a year.

It pays for maybe half of what’s due of tuition and all the added fees.
