What does Vivid Seats do if tickets aren't uploaded in time?

Got some NCG tickets that say they will be uploaded by the 10th. I imagine this depends on the seller inputting the barcode similar to how stubhub works. What if they don't do that? I assume they'll financially penalize the seller but what about the buyer? anybody have any experience with this?

Is the money held in escrow in the meantime? I'd imagine so.

I had that issue once as a buyer. They assisted me in finding seats. I ended up with better seats. As a seller you have to give a credit card and I would assume the credit card gets charged the amount you were paid.

Not sure about vivid but stubhub, we had sec championship tickets and they didn’t come in the mail in time, actually came the following Monday. They refunded the price in full and gave us 45% off peach bowl tickets in the same section.

Avoid VIVID at all cost. The shafted me on Who tickets. Buy from any other service, hell buy from a guy on the corner......better than Vivid.

I bought my Championship ticket using Vivid Seats. I received the transferred ticket (in Ticketmaster) the next day.
