The LADOTD couldn’t lay asphalt on a dare.

They don’t have the equipment or the experienced personnel to do so.

Same thing with concrete.

Speaking of, da fuq is going on with Hwy 22. I feel like there is never anybody working out there.

Also when dump trucks back into paver and bump machine it creates bumps in mat.

Also inconsistent roller patterns as mentioned above
