You don’t understand. If there are no real consequences, with the viral nature of this shite, a slap on the wrist response encourages copycats. I’ve seen 3 already online.
You make an example of people and shut this shite down or you invite more.
You bring the hammer down on behaviour like this and make it known that this isn’t gonna fly.

Blue Bell, or any other company in this situation, needs to do what P & G did back when some moron would spread the satanic rumors. Hire their own investigators and sue the people until their head spins. Harass them in every legal way and make it very public. Liberal judges will not sentence these people properly but you can make a civil example of them.
