The most comfortable briefs/boxers are unquestionably not wearing any at all.

For years, I've eliminated them from my daily routine. But not only comfort, there's an added benefit: less laundry to take care of. The older I get, the more simple I like to keep things.

WTF? Formal wear, and particularly a white dress shirt, you wear an undershirt. I bet all of your white dress shirts have deodorant and sweat stains in the pits don't they?

Sweat doesn't stain. I don't wear antiperspirant (deodorant only for me), which is what causes the yellow stains that you're thinking about.
