Aside from sexual feelings:
When the water drains out of your ear after swimming and it's all warm
Putting on new socks
Getting out a sneeze that's eluded you for several minutes
Finally being able to blow your nose after a sinus infection
A productive cough at the tail end of a respiratory infection
When you feel a fish take the bait and set the hook
The first stroke of the paddle when you drop the kayak into a still bay at sunrise

I remember when I got my first order for a PC online that was pretty nice. We had to write all of our own code for everything because there were no tools for shopping carts. We had security issues that you could drive a truck through, but no one knew it at the time.
When I first took the idea to our board, the CEO said, "You seriously believe that people are going to buy something on the internet?" We hit $1M in sales on Day 10. Order processing became a small nightmare because previously we had only sold large quantities to distributors, retail outlets, and institutions. We had no system in place for shipping orders of 1.
In summary, it was a huge feel good moment followed by weeks of agony.

One thing that has helped me with sinus infection recovery has been Zicam gel swabs. It really helps dry things out up there.
