What AI can I use for floor plan renderings?

Tried on Tech board with no traction.
I have floor plans for a commercial building. What program can I use that I can upload the plans to spit out some accurate renderings?
I’ve tired free Gemini and ChatGPT with no luck

Did you ask ChatGPT?
quote:
If you already HAVE the floor plans and want decent renderings/walkthroughs, don’t use regular ChatGPT or Gemini. They’re not really built for architectural accuracy. The better tools right now are: RoomSketcher — probably easiest for uploading existing plans and getting usable 3D renderings/walkthroughs. Good for commercial interiors too. Reddit users seem to like this workflow best for “upload existing PDF/JPG plans.” (Reddit) Planner 5D — more consumer-friendly but surprisingly solid for quick renders and space visualization. (ArchPulse) Maket.ai — stronger AI generation/editing tools. Better if you want AI-assisted redesign concepts, not just visualization. (Maket) Foyr Neo — good for photorealistic interiors/renderings. More designer-oriented. (AI and Realtors) Cedreo — builders/contractors use this a lot for fast commercial/residential presentation renders. (AI and Realtors) If you want the AI to “understand” an uploaded blueprint and automatically make a 3D model, the current sweet spot seems to be:PDF floor plan ? RoomSketcher / Ritn3D ? export render/walkthrough. (Ritn3D) The reality right now: AI can make VERY good concept renderings It still struggles with exact dimensions/details unless the source plans are clean CAD/PDF files For commercial projects, you’ll probably still need some manual cleanup after import If you have DWG/Revit files instead of just PDFs/images, your results will improve a ton.

Any of the ones you know can probably do it

You’re not getting this in a free AI at this point. Anything past basic image creation is paywalled now
